What framework can directors of technology and chief technology officers use for finding a balance between freedom of technology choices and centralized control of technology use? Investigate the web of interrelationships among students, teachers, administrators, and service/supply providers. Based on recent research findings, we will explore four recommendations for technology leaders in education.
